I believe all humans have the capacity to make positive changes to their lives. We sometimes need a listening ear and empathy from others in order to feel empowered to make these changes, and I will provide both for you during our sessions. You will not be judged during our time together, and you will always be treated with kindness and respect.
The skills and techniques you will learn in our sessions can be used in most settings and situations. The goal is for you to achieve greater independence allowing you to better cope with any current or future problems. You will have access to exercises that can provide you with immediate symptom relief.
I have attended many trainings on how to help my clients living with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, depression, and trauma, and have over six years of positively utilizing these learned skills with my clientele. I bring years of life experience and insight into my professional work.
